Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Alanti timepiece. If for any reason you are not, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

The watch is unworn and unused

It is in its original packaging with all protective films intact

Proof of purchase is provided
Custom and personalized watches cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty or we made an error).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For an exchange, please contact [support@alanti.com].
