Processing and Handling

At Alanti, every timepiece is more than a product — it is a handcrafted expression of elegance. Because of the artisanal process and personalization options, our processing times differ:

  • Standard models: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Customized watches: Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the level of personalization and craftsmanship required.

During peak seasons (such as holidays or new collection launches), processing times may extend slightly. We will always notify you in case of any delay.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Domestic Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery estimates exclude processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method. Orders over [X amount] may qualify for free standard shipping (depending on promotions or campaigns).

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We proudly ship globally. However, please be aware:

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged deliveries: If your package arrives damaged, please contact the courier immediately and notify us at [support@alanti.com] within 48 hours. Include photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost deliveries: If your order is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier service to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
