Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We are making these watches due to our passion for beautiful watches. We want you to be fully satisfied with your Alanti watch. If for any reason you are not, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The watch and bracelets are unworn and unused

• All items are in their original packaging with all protective films intact.
  
  Custom and personalized watches and bracelets cannot be returned, unless defective at arrival.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days, to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs, pre-paid duties (if applicable) both ways are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty or we made an error); due to Shopify fees charged upfront  for any transaction, there will also be a restocking fee of 5% of the total paid initially.
  

Order Cancellations

• If for any reason (such as ordering a watch marked SOLDOUT, abuse of discount codes) an order is cancelled by you or us, the Shopify fees charged at the transaction time (usually 3-7%) are deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective in shipping or incorrectly fulfilled. For an exchange, please contact us using our website form.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personalized products.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made.

• We only accept a shipping method that is trackable, insured and with signature required for delivery.
