Processing and Handling
At Alanti, every timepiece is more than a product — it is a handcrafted expression of elegance. Because of the artisanal process and personalization options, our processing times differ:

Standard models: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Customized watches: Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the level of personalization and craftsmanship required.
During peak seasons (such as holidays or new collection launches), processing times may extend slightly. We will always notify you in case of any delay.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. Estimated transit times are as follows:

Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Domestic Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days
Please note: delivery estimates exclude processing time of 1-2 days for in stock watches.
Please note that all our deliveries are fully insured, therefore your signature is required. If you cannot sign for delivery, please make arrangements with the courier, as all offer many convenient options.
Shipping Rates
Standard speed shipping is free for any order.
Expedited shipping is 20$, and is 1-3 days faster.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
Due to our warranty commitments, we only ship to a number of countries. Please see if yours is listed in the dropdown country selection.
All the taxes, VAT, and duty are calculated automatically by Shopify after you select your destination at checkout. These vary widely by country / state / province, you are aware of them. The listed prices are for the watches (or any other product) before such taxes, for comparison reasons. Once you fill the destination details, the website calculates and adds the taxes at checkout. That is a guaranteed total at the door, because we only ship DDP (duty delivery paid). What you see is all you'll pay, including courier / brokerage fees.
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays that are not under our control. As we ship frequently to most jurisdictions, we're experienced enough to know how to minimize such delays by using DDP and electronic customs documentation submission.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged deliveries: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact section, as well as the courier, within 48 hours. Include photos / videos of the packaging and product.

Lost deliveries: If your order is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier service to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
